  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all eco-friendly tags are still securely attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
